We see every rental property owner as a business partner — you get the rental booked, we take care of any needs when the guest is here, and we leave the property in top shape when they leave. The full setup includes full cleaning and re-stocking the kitchen, bathroom(s) and incidentals. We use hotel quality & professionally washed king, queen, full and twin sheets and have king and standard pillow cases. Our towel setups (bath, hand, washcloth) are hotel quality and professionally laundered. Our product line is top notch.
Add on maid service as requested during the guest’s stay, deep cleaning, laundry, carpet cleaning or other services for additional costs.

Perfect Clean Inc is happy to offer our deep cleaning program developed to assist vacation rental owners and property managers with needs that go beyond every day routine cleaning.
Our deep cleaning program can be customized to each individual property to provide full value and focused cleaning. A deep clean will give any property a clean start to a new season.
Most deep cleans are scheduled and priced for a crew of 3 people including all equipment and cleaning product. We’re able to customize cleaning needs, set minimum or maximum hours and/or agree to set costs for specific jobs. Call us today to schedule!
